What started as a conversation between two friends has evolved into a restorative experience designed to elevate the body, calm the mind, and renew the spirit.

Eric — Focused Results-Driven Bodywork
Eric is a graduate of the Utah College of Massage Therapy (2016) and specializes in deep tissue , sports massage, and craniosacral work, focusing on the root cause of pain—not just the symptoms.
Each session is focused on reducing tension, improving movement, and helping your body feel and function better.
Eric's treatment style is focused, results-driven, and tailored to each client's specific needs. Many clients come to him after traditional massage hasn't solved their problem and are looking for deeper corrective work.

From the moment guests arrive, the space is designed to quiet the nervous system and support deeper healing. Every detail—from lighting to atmosphere—is curated to help clients feel safe, grounded, and cared for.
Tammy also brings an intuitive awareness to the emotional and energetic side of healing. While Eric focuses on structural correction and physical treatment, Tammy ensures the environment supports the whole person.
