Cancellation Policy
Appointments require a valid card on file and may require a deposit to reserve time. Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or more will not be charged. Rescheduling requires at least 8 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the session total; in the event of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit is forfeited and the remaining balance is due. Pricing plan sessions, packages, and memberships are subject to the same cancellation policy. Missed or late-canceled appointments are forfeited and not credited back to the account. Attempted cancellation, account termination, or removal of payment method does not void payment obligations. Failure to remit payment may result in account suspension and denial of future services until the balance is resolved.
